Injustice Prevails in Central Ohio for Child-Rapists and Child-Murderers (March 12, 2006)

Against Child-Rapists

On the 6th of this month, 38-year-old David Robison, who raped an 11-year-old boy over three years, had 16 years of his 25-year sentence suspended in exchange for five years’ probation.

On the same day, 50-year-old Robert Lee Eismon was sentenced to 15 years for sexually assaulting a two-year-old girl during a holiday picnic. He lured the child into a garage, pulled down his pants, and began to fondle the little girl's genitals. Her screams of pain alerted those in the house who broke into the garage and rescued the terrified toddler.

One week ago, a Franklin County Common Pleas Judge came under fire for sentencing 46-year-old Columbus resident Andrew S. Selva to five years’ probation after the man admitted sexually abusing two boys over three years. The youngest of the boys was five years old when the rapes began. The first of the five years will be spent at home with electronic monitoring.

"He’s got a disease like I’ve got a disease," Judge John A. Connor said, justifying his decision to “treat” the child-rapist at large rather than incarcerate him. Apparently, Judge Connor’s own disease is alcoholism; he is known to be involved in a 12-step program. "I don’t know that prison would have helped, except for revenge, and revenge is not in the sentencing guidelines."

By Judge Connor’s action, the Proverb is proved: “the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel.”

What an outrage, what a spectacle of injustice in central Ohio! When are we going to learn that to abandon God’s Word as the standard of right and wrong, justice and injustice, is to bow the knee to satan. To abandon the law of God as the standard without which man cannot live free is to give ourselves up to tyranny, to perversion, to corruption and folly. When will we learn that man cannot improve on God? Our wisdom cannot best His commandments and judgments.

God has spoken on the matter of rape and sodomy, and those who embrace God’s Word as His revelation to man must not hesitate to agree with God when He has spoken, regardless of how politically incorrect it may seem to ears tickled numb with paganism. Nor should we hesitate to proclaim His applicable truths to our wicked and perverse leaders and their constituents.

The God of the Bible has decreed one just punishment for such acts of perversion and cruelty, and every other remedy that competes with God’s Word is anti-christ in origin. The punishment for such crimes is a swift execution. Romans 13:1-7 confirms that God obligates civil authorities to do justice: they are to be ministers of God who “bear the sword” and are a “terror” to evildoers. Civil authorities are commanded by God to be a “revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.” They are all lesser magistrates to the King of kings and Lord of lords.

Prison is no more a biblically-justifiable sanction for child-rape than probation and psychiatric group sessions. Incarceration in air-conditioned tax-subsidized facilities, eating three meals a day at taxpayer expense, getting healthcare at taxpayer expense, enjoying weight-benches and basketball courts at taxpayer expense, practicing perversion with fellow prisoners, and defending themselves in court with tax-subsidized attorneys is not a just sanction for child-rape. To force the victims and the victims’ families to pay for the upkeep of their assailants in prisons through forced taxation is the height of injustice and cruelty.

God’s Word says that when capital criminals are executed, observers will “hear, and fear, and shall henceforth commit no more such evil among you” (Deuteronomy 19:20-21). God commands child-rapists to be put to death without pity because he loves children. God commands that they be put to death swiftly “Because when a sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.” The penalty God’s Word mandates provides a sufficient deterrent to protect children from child-predators.

Judges in central Ohio, on the other hand, have usurped God’s rule and set up a counterfeit standard of right and wrong, a false standard of justice. Such leaders are at war with God and will bring His wrath upon our land if they are not replaced. We must have leaders who will judge by God’s righteous standard, not by the fragile standards of humanism and misplaced, unprincipled compassion. We must have leaders who will fear God more than man. We must have leaders who will have the courage to bear the God-ordained sword of vengeance against the necks of those who commit capital crimes.

Against Child-Murderers

If such a penalty is ordained by God for those who rape little children, what sanction do you think God pronounces against those who would rape little children to death with sharp surgical curettes, or who would rip them limb from limb with powerful suction devices?

There is no doubt, the pre-born child is just as human and just as alive as the little children sodomized by the perverts cited above. God’s Word is clear that life exists in the womb, and intentionally or carelessly killing an unborn child is a crime for which the maxim “life for life” is just (Exodus 21:22-23). Abortion is the intentional killing of an innocent human being – it is murder. Murder, according to the clear teaching of God’s Word in both testaments, is a capital crime.

Let the day come to an end wherein Bible-believers are ashamed to speak God’s Word on this subject. We have kept sheathed the two-edged sword of the Spirit to the delight of the deniers of God for far too long, and the battle has gone against our Savior’s interest, against the traditional family, and against the children. God, forgive the day that Christians blushed to speak the Name above all names in our courthouses and halls of legislature. God, forgive the day that Pastors were ashamed to rebuke abortion and homosexuality from behind their pulpit. God, pardon the selfishness of those who professed love for you behind the walls of their stained-glass churches and yet stained their hands with the blood of God’s children by our apathy and silence at the killing centers down the street.

In our repentance and renewed commitment to Your Word, let the tide of evil finally turn. Let us re-take the land that was stolen by Your enemies. Holy Spirit, raise up a standard among your people as the enemy comes in like a flood. Let the Word of God thunder from our pulpits, from our campaign podiums, from our courthouses and capital halls. Let “Thus saith the Lord” humiliate every argument against Your authority, Your applicable laws, and Your appropriate judgments. Rise, Oh God, to defend the right. “It is time for you to work, for they have made void Your law.” Let the words of life trumpet across our land: our land is defiled with the curse of innocent blood, and God’s Word declares that abortionists and their accomplices should be put to death, and that swiftly, or God’s fierce wrath will be our lot.

There is a website dedicated to pursuing justice for those slain by abortion in central Ohio: www.stopcolumbuskilling.net. Photo-documentation of those murdering children at Columbus’ killing centers is being preserved for future prosecutions. Civil leaders will be notified and exhorted to defy tyranny, to defy usurpacious Federal judges who expect us to treat them like deity, and to re-criminalize abortion and prosecute those who murder the pre-born within their jurisdiction. God forbids civil magistrates from pitying those who commit rape or who murder innocent people. They are constrained by God to do justice, and if they do not, then our cities, our states, and our nation will be brought to account.

May God find oracles that boldly speak His Word in this day of treachery and bloodshed. His eyes are even now roaming to and fro throughout our land, looking to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is perfect toward Him. There is nothing impossible with God!
